Before service, we confirm with you whether a test falls under DOT or non-DOT requirements, the reason for the test, and what documentation you need.

CrewAssure does not publish certifications, accreditations or approvals that have not been independently verified. If a credential is not listed on this page, do not assume it applies. Employers with a specific regulatory requirement should ask us directly so we can confirm in writing what we can and cannot support for that request.
